I have had two of them for years. They will need cleaning requiring a long 3/32" allen wrench. The screws on the bottom are T15 stars but the 3/32" allen wrench will work for them. Note: long - look at the length of the channel from the back to where it mates with the front bezel; that's how long the allen wrench needs to be. Remove the back, remove the plastic shroud around the fan (phillips), vacuum the fan and the dust collected on the heat exchanger.

Is the handle actually useful? I have an older version and the handle in the back is useless. You have to have an NBA player's hands to actually be able to carry it single handedly. That one looks like it's got the same issue.
