- We’ve received many inquiries about our ride-along program and we’re just as excited to get back to them, once it’s safe to do so. Until then, here’s a virtual ride-along experience with Deputy Miller as he describes his job with Lake Patrol and answers a few “frequently asked questions”. Enjoy the ride!

All patrol cars are washed daily. My department was big on that and a few officers were written up for having a dirty car or missing an oil change.
I think because it looks so cluttered , being in a rural area you need everything in your car never know what you’ll need.
That's all the stuff he's stolen from people

Theirs a way you can ride along in his car and get atleast more than 30 days with free food and a room with many of other people called jail and committing a crime

@@eykjones8795 you can make it work, as you move up in the department or stay for a while, pay goes up. Every couple years. It’s just part of being a public servant

look up videos about officer jerrot, and the dallas incident. they need this equipment to stay up with what criminals have, you shouldnt bring a 9m to a fight where criminals have ARs and AKs

why are you not wearing your seat belt talking about pulling other people over for traffic violations?
It’s a safety thing Sherlock. It could prevent them from getting their service weapon if them need to, something could go wrong trying to get out of the car during an emergency especially with all that gear.
