I’ve worked on Tower of Tickets for years. The platform version was at one time an upgrade kit you could buy for your unit that dispenses the ticket rolls. I was happy to upgrade as people would often take the ticket rolls home with them. The ticket rolls I have have RFID chips in the bottom of them, adhered to the black plastic puck the tickets are on. Super handy. Other of my companies locations have the Trolls one too. It is exactly the same, but the long hair on the newer style ticket pucks is pretty cool. Thought about buying them and putting them in the older version I have. That would be fun. It’s easy to work on too, though sometimes the secondary arm connected to the one that pushes the pucks comes loose. When this happens, the second arm can break sensors. That sucks. It is fun to see that you like this game so much. Most of my techs much prefer the gameplay of Zombie Snatcher. That was a lot of rambling from me, but I like fixing arcade games and it is fun to see other people enjoy them too.
I literally want to hear your opinions on every game haha! I have been avidly playing Dance dance revolution A for about 6 years in dave and busters (top 8 in Arizona before i moved, number 3 in Indiana now) so When im between sets or have a wait before I'm up when the machine gets crowded, I always hop on zombie snatcher or some other games to nab some tickets and get myself a laffy taffy or nerds rope. Hearing about what machines are fun to work on and what ones arent is a frequent convo piece for me and regular DNB employees so its always fun to hear
@UnprofessionalFlip Hello! Thank you for sharing your story, I'd just like to ask something as you've said you've worked on ToT for years. You see, we have this local arcade chain in our country. The tower of tickets used to be easy and as a result people were taking advantage of the machine for hours on end, and that includes me. But recently, they've made the metal plate pushing the pucks to the center very bent and they increased the price per play so it made it harder, almost impossible to consistently time the pucks to go into the win zone. Also we've noticed that the platform tends to move at different speeds, sometimes it's slow and sometimes it's very fast. So may I ask if there's anything in this game other than the metal plate being bent further inside to "rig" this game? Is the platform moving at different speeds as a result of wear and tear, or can it be programmed/set in the machine? And lastly, can the machine detect that if you time the puck correctly, it'll slow down / speed up the arm so it'll miss? Your insight and reply will be very much valued by a large community of tot players here in my country :) We just wanna know if they're doing something else fishy
i haven't been in an arcade in probably 10 years, but i just love listening and watching the games be mastered and scored. keep it up i love the videos.
Ok ok, you have gone long enough without doing a review of the real OG of the arcade. Skeeball and the many variations. In all seriousness, its a great day when Capybarski posts.
My most consistent machine, once you get a feel for how fast the pushers are, it's pretty easy. It also feels as though the larger ones feel easier to knock in weirdly enough. You'd assume the smaller ones would be harder to push in?
it’s crazy how well packed these videos are. the way you weave information, tips and jokes into this tight a package is so so impressive. really love the vids. hope you’re enjoying p3 reload haha.
I'd love to see a video about Monster Drop, or similar ball dropping games. When I was a kid, my local arcade had one of these that had a faulty sensor, so it detected a jackpot if you made it in the hole next to the actual jackpot hole (which was relatively easy and consistent to do). I was able to get a bunch of goodies well below MSRP thanks to this so the memory is special to me haha
It's lovely to see an arcade focused channel that isn't screaming to children about jackpots or loading prizes into your own machine just to win them because you can just un-rig it for yourself. I'd like to see a video for Monster Drop, I used to play the hell out of that when Planet X was still around- that arcade had actual tokens and tickets rather than cards. That was fun! Now they've got the huge monster drop machines instead and it's $1.50 per ball rather than a single token. Another one I'd like to see is Pixel Chase. There's another arcade around here now that has it and it's FUN. It's one where you have to throw balls into the highlighted targets
I'm completely hooked for this series. I've always wanted to find out which games are the most efficient way to get the most tickets. The skeeball is one of my all time favorites and have one of the most consistent ticket payouts of any game I've seen so I think you should definitely check that out next.
One of the few times I'm thankful for the algorithm recommending me random videos. Even though I'm not a big arcade-goer, this is still very nostalgic for me to watch. Keep up the great work!
Strange how the high value puck is also the bigger one. You'd think they would make the small ones worth 1k tickets because getting one is near impossible in any sane amount if plays. But then again, what do I know about kiddie casinos?
former arcade tech and current AP player. Your videos are really enjoyable to watch, and I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to make them.
Just binge watched your channel. Awesome content! I love going to arcades and I haven't been in once since covid. You're making me want to go to an arcade so I have an idea of what to suggest next hahaha
The story behind baytek's name on tower of tickets is supposedly due to Elaut having difficulties manufacturing it out of Belgium so they asked Baytek to help out. They took it a step further and designed the reload system which is the one baytek advertises on their website, the version on Elaut's retired page is the non reload where it goes out of play.
im surprised quick drop hasn't had a video yet, always interested to see how the payout method for that game works compared to pop the lock in terms of winning the jackpot consistsntly
This game was the first game I mastered since the arcade I went to forgot to remove the warning sticker that says “lag chips are installed” within the first few months of it being there
@@Nachiebreeyeah the machine had specific chips to make the arm go slower or faster depending on how many were active. The sticker said (based off memory). 16 out of 25 were active
An arcade I went to had both zombie snatcher (with the zombie mega bonus) and a tower of tickets (RFID win slot). I was definitely spending more time on tower of tickets getting the 1k roll, but I would only occasionally check zombie snatcher to see if there was any letters or high value pucks close by. Both are really good but being able to keep going for 1ks on tower of tickets is much better for farming. You should note that after winning on tower, the arm will have a little bit of lag next time around.
Also look up pearl fishery, that game is awesome in my opinion for tickets, basically a coin pusher with white balls and giant orange balls that fall off the side into 4 different spots it's pretty cool
I stumbled across this series on happenstance, and I've definitely become a fan. There was a stretch of a couple of years where I'd visit an out of state friend, and we'd hit up a nearby Dave and Buster's and just blow through several hundred credits during their half price play days. Those were awesome times. I'm eagerly waiting to see if you'll do Tower of Power or Strike it Rich. Those are the 2 that I definitely played the most as I found them to be fairly consistent to win at.
I remember a game that was VERY consistent. It was called The Prize Aquarium. It was a ball drop, and if you got one in, you got one capsule that could contain tickets. I had won the game a solid dozen times, and couldn’t carry the large prize containers (a sphere 4inches in diameter). They loaded the capsules with 50+ tickets-I felt rich
i played a hopscotch game in the Wunderland in Beaverton, Oregon and it was the first arcade game i intentionally got the jackpot on. it was like piano tiles in how you could play it. you could see the squares youre meant to jump on on the screen stretching out ahead of you, but you didnt need to wait for them to visually get to you for you to hop on them. i jumped rapidly ahead and the screen couldnt keep up. there were points when the trail would end and it would count down from 3 until another trail of squares reached you. even while it was counting down you could see the next sequence and keep going. i long to go back there.
Mercy tickets is useful for some arcade stores. By default Intercard would block another player from playing the game, unless 2 minutes passed or at least 1 ticket have paid out.

THIS GAME RIGHT HERE! This game was the reason I was able to collect all of the higher-teir prizes at my arcade a few years ago, I've got a lot of lava lamps and lights because of it. I got so good at the game that I hit the 1000 ticket jackpot six times in a row, on only $20 worth of credits. Unfortunately, in the last couple years the arcade's prizes started getting really lame and the place just got too 'big,' if that makes sense.
Great, your videos are making me want to go -gamble- play at one of these arcades Seriously though, it's nice to learn how to exploit these games. Even though I'd probably not remember this whenever i eventually end up in a redemption arcade again, lol
Going on holiday and plan to spam the arcades while I'm there. Watching this now so I can be the cool person with all the tickets. Don't even want the prizes, just want to be the best.
I used to be in the "hur dur, ticket games are pure gambling for kids that kill arcades" but the more I look at genuine videos that cover them like your's I want to actually to give some of them a try. I could recommend pac-man ticket mania, while I did see there's an option for payout rate that would brake all the rules to make sure you will have 0 chances to win, the default options have a super consistent jackpot, and it's just pac-man at the end of the day so learning it consist of playing it safe.
It's funny how companies kept trying to reinvent ticketless redemption games like "ooh look at this collectable that players can gather and it saves the arcade tickets" before realizing that it is just another thing tio keep track of and remake it so it just tells the card swiper how many tickets to dispense

Can you cover Baseball Pro? It’s my favorite redemption game even though I’ve never hit the jackpot lol. Most Dave and Busters and Round 1s have that game
I would love to see you cover Nerf Strike Arcade! It was a pretty consistent 750 jackpot at my local RoundOne until they bumped up the high score numbers… 😆😊
for an april fools video maybe you could review a non-redemption game like the Mario Kart arcade games or Metal Slug or w/e as if you're constantly trying to figure out how to make tickets come out or something.
Even if it was playing at half a decibel, I can hear Loonboon from a mile away

I operate this machine. It’s really consistent. I test played 10 times and won 4? It is really consistent once you learn the strategy
My local round1 has this and zombie snatcher
can you do harpoon lagoon next? i played it when i was young and it brung back memories.
I love your videos!
Is the music in the background from Rivals of Aether?????? I’m like 90%sure it is
Review Trolls next! I'd love a copy of this video but dub in you saying "Trolls" whenever you refer to the game
Why do I love these videos? It makes no sense...
If you're looking for redemption games, how about Smokin' Token?
tower of heaven ost, cheeky
Can you take a look at Deal or No Deal?
Can you cover Baseball Pro? It’s my favorite redemption game even though I’ve never hit the jackpot lol. Most Dave and Busters and Round 1s have that game
emulate the Marble Madness prototype and review it as if it's a redemption game (and winning gives you the jackpot)
How does the platform version read what the value of the tickets landed are?
I would love to see you cover Nerf Strike Arcade! It was a pretty consistent 750 jackpot at my local RoundOne until they bumped up the high score numbers… 😆😊
My dumbass saw the words and thought “is this a JToH tower”?
Pls make a video about quik drop. Easy S tier in my opinion
How about Doodle Jump? Another mobile adaptation to add to the pile, but thankfully not by Adrenaline again lol
thoughts on trying Fireteam Raven?
for an april fools video maybe you could review a non-redemption game like the Mario Kart arcade games or Metal Slug or w/e as if you're constantly trying to figure out how to make tickets come out or something.
Doubt you're reading this, but an arcade game that doesn't involve tickets like Rampage or Crazy Taxi would be cool.
are there arcade sharks like in casionos where you get kicked out if they find out you're too good/rigging it?
I read the video descriptions.
Please do Monster Drop! It's my favorite :)
