I actually recently went down the rabbit hole of collecting all the season 1 spinners complete inorder to have the entire deck, the booster bags were actually pretty easy to come across on ebay and Amazon, hardest had to find would have been a complete NRG Jay, bought it off a guy in russia who had to send it to a friend outside of russia to then send it to me due to restrictions. So huge thanks to them.
About the 6 Climber Ninjas being available in the magazine, yes europe got all of them, but in my country, we never got Climber Nya, which is really a shame.
I’m in the uk, and where I live I think they accidentally skipped one of the issues, I never saw the wolf mask warrior with the red armour, which was supposed to be before nya.
Some of the minifigures in the magazine are really good. There was the ice emperor and the main season 11 suit for jay, which was exclusive to the land bounty! They are great alternatives to sets, but I got all the climber ninja in their sets AND the magazine, so I'm very lucky to own duplicates!
coming from person who lives in europe/uk you do get sometimes get exclusive figures in magazines as one had guardian from dragon rising temple (green/black hood guy) also next month should get temple golden mech guard in tin magazine they do. Though only one on list didnt know of was the wu card frame one but i know very well of "meh lego ninjago movie pods" they did.
You could make fair arguments for the training pod kendo armor being its own suit collection or not. I guess it boils down to preference. Me personally, I wouldn't count them since the base minifigures weren't advertised wearing them. But I would collect the actual kendo armor pieces, since they look nice.

I knew all of these because I have once looked up every Ninjago set on Brickset.

In America, I actually got a Batman magazine, which is pretty cool and it also came with the mini figure

I really remember the pods I remember really wanting one unfortunately never did but maybe the after market has them at a reasonable price.
