He might be from the US or some other country and they are just excited to see a country where traffic flows almost with no laws and is something not normal in his country. How many people did you see in video with helmets, turning and overtaking without using indicator, unmarked roads, no speed limit adviced, I even saw a sign board with white yellow square, ask someone or ueself wht it was?
What's your country of origin? If u don't like India, don't visit it! And this is a fantastic city.. and there are more Indian cities which are just amazing.
