Basically the euro is a fixed currency system, so the nations who had the strongest currency gain and the other loose. It's like if you go to the restaurant with a lot of people and divide the charge in equal part: someone gain and someone loose. For this fact, in one day, german products are becamed cheeper and italian products more expensive.
