This game took all my quarters back in the day, even more than Metal slug
no offense but i find this game easier than metal slug, at least i got the the level before the final level with 1 credit

I love all the designs of the bosses in this game, they are super freaking weird. Balgoss probably would have scared the shit out of me as a kid though......

I dunno, Balgoss isn't a very "in your face" kind of scary, looks like it would've really annoyed me if I played it as kid 'cause I used to really suck at video games, the stabbing sword potion boss looks lively enough to give me chilly willies, but heyi, everyone has a different perseption so oh yellow bellows.

I feel Cuphead is inspired by this game to some extend.
Of course there's no way It's not inspired by arcade era platform shooters

There's a lot of inspiration in Cuphead, from Gunstar Heroes, to Megaman to this one, it's fun to catch all the references while playing it.
The moon lady is hypnos and as well as the other constellations aside taurus tho
NGL who thinks Three Wonders deserves a remake? Or at least a re-release in consoles?
I couldn't beat Balgoss when i was a kid, the way his mouth opens and how he chases you creeped me out.

Moeban's behaviur is totally random when he is in "spike rain mode". He usually drops a double spike row that is difficult to avoid. Maybe you were lucky this time!

I played this game as a kid and I didn't know how to read at the time. I was so curious on whether this game was even real because I couldn't find it as a result of not knowing its name even with access to the Internet, so i am feeling the nostalgias
