ok, this was a little confusing so i watched it again and think i got it. title stckholm is actually refering to stockholm syndrome, when abused developes feelings for abuser or turn to abuser side in order to cope and survive until is ready to face the thruth and facts. at the ending sence there are flyers on table saying assult is not always black and white, kinda gave it away. alex was parting, was high on drugs and was not in mental state to give consent and other guy took advanted of it, maybe more than once and alex was probably confused coz he kinda liked the guy, there is one part where he says i dont remember much from that night and part where other guy says he never harm anyone till then and that he is ashamed what he done to him.. i dont know maybe i am wrong, but it kinda gives the vibe of stockholm syndrome victim...
their is a dance in the gay well now in the bi world as well with men and women. The dance is the weak and provactive once abused with the abuse that others give but are not willing to admit so this movie is great as the abuser abuses and apologizes for the abuse.
So he meets the guy at a holiday campsite. He goes to his room late at night. The guy bangs him out. This leads him to a spiral of drugs,drink,and anonymous sketchy hookups. Sounds like a typical Saturday night in New York to me
‘In his careful control of how much the viewer understands, Wright shows an impressively nuanced engagement with the psychological issues at hand’... Whaooo ! I don't understand a shit the message of that short, what does it meansd to show us ? A young reluctant handsome young boy said to be gay wants to understad qho he is ? Or Wright is trying to tell us that the guy was involved in a kind os sexual relationship he disn't desire at the beginninge ? Or he lost his first importantr lov e with whom he made love for the 1st time. ? Was he raped ? No ? So what is the fucking idea of the director : a nice young gay boy is remembering his first sexual relation. Does he need a shrink ? And why a black rasta one ? I'm confused really, can't understand at all. The actors are nice, the photography beautiful and the music very nice anywaybut it remains very dark to me, obscure. I'd love to know and understand what Tom Wright wanted to tell us !
Maybe the Swedes understand it, but I sure don't. Too many fast and unrelated cuts, far too much darkness, and, of course, without titles totally incomprehensible. Better luck next time.

I found it very hard to care about this character perhaps because he was caring so very much about himself.
