That floating breakfast is on a different level of hospitality. Thai's really know how to please their guests. OK, it's not affordable to most tourists but hey, there are people who can, so why not? And $250 per night is not at all outrageous. Try getting something like that in the south of France? Having said all this, I definitely can't afford to stay there but I rather watch this style of "promotion" rather than those who show where all the $5 per night places are. Do people think that Thais are happy to see the millions of $5 per night backpackers crowd in places like Kho Phangan with their full-moon parties? Great job, dude.
