can someone explain to me what the peice of colored paper does and what the little black thing the dealer puts his cards in do?
There are 2 colored cards. 1 is there to prevent people from seeing the back card and the other is to section off about half a deck so they are not used. Makes it a little harder to count cards.
The black thing they put in the back is just a weight to help push cards to the bottom of the shoe.

loool that was my problem too, at the first week i couldnt even add two cards. My problem now is going back to the cards and recounting them cuz i pay the winners and take the losers, im so slow. Hah! and they said customers would like tell u to hurry up and shit, and i know for sure ill panic

Can you please tell me what kind of camara are you using to record/stream your videos?
In our casino, we prefer to talk the game, so we have to announce everything we do, specially how much card total you have. We have lots of senior citizen that’s why, and they’re really superstitious. We have to clear hands every time we touch their money.
I think that my eyes are playing tricks on me but I'm sure that one of the players split two threes against the dealer's ten.
Please tell me that I was wrong.

@@notanonymous3976 at 18 minutes of the video the player on the left splits his two 3's against dealers up card which was a black 10 while saying "I know that I shouldn't do this but here goes." Also at 5 minutes the player on the right split his 7's against the dealer's King. Both of these players should be playing the slots instead of Blackjack. Same advice for you!

Nope. When you split they become separate hands and the split card gets additional cards once the first split has either broken or waved off additional cards.

A deck of cards in Blackjack can be reduced down to just 2 through 10, plus the three face cards and the Ace. Meaning there are 13 cards in total to choose from. Of those 13 cards, 4 cards are worth 10 points. So the chance of the Dealer having a 10 as their hole card is 4 in 13.

@ 10:42 what happened there? The gentleman on the left of the screen doubled down. Why? It also looked like the Dealer told him to.
The player had a 9 against the dealers 5, when u have a 9 that is not and ace+8, against a dealers 3,4,5,6 u should always double, the dealer reminded him, the dealers are just there to deal cards, they can say things and help however they want

Lots of problems with this dealer.
After only watching for a couple of minutes, I spotted several problems with his dealing. So... Just to name a few -
The dealer never clears his hands.
Fails to give players a running count of their hand. His left hand should be covering the front of the shoe to conceal the next card out, not just use it as a hand rest.
You get the point.
It’s not real play???
How did the dealer come to know that he has a blackjack in first hand without turning the cards??
They have a very small mirror under the card that allows only them to see their face down card.
