Having Worked With Airline & OTAs For Several Years, I Always Suggest That People Must Change Their Mindset From Finding "Cheap Flights" To Finding "Right Flight". Otherwise This Habit Of Looking For Cheap Flights Will One Day Put Them In A Situation Where They Will Pay More Than What They Have Saved In Past But At The Same Time They Will Get A Really Bad Experience That They Will Remember For Lifetime. One Must Know Which Airline To Book On A Particular Route, Where To Book, What To Do First When Flight Is Affected With Cancellation Or Time Change. These Are Few Things That Will Save You From A Bad Experience & A Lot Of Trouble. On Daily Basis, I See People In Trouble That They Could Have Avoided Easily If They Knew How Book A Right Flight.

Can you get off at your layover? American Airlines wanted my bag to be checked baggage instead of carry-on to prevent me from doing that. The layover was my home town and they said it was illegal.

Hello my friend, I am a new subscriber to the channel, or your question is that I need a website to make an initial flight and hotel reservation for the purpose of the consulate and visa application. What do you advise me?
You'd have to try to find the itinerary directly on the airline's website (or a partner airline). But I think that would add a lot of complexity since you can't see the point values within skiplagged, and in many cases, the point values could be similar anyway to buy the flight directly where you want to go (instead of skipping the last leg). I suppose it might work in some scenarios though!

Hi! I just tried to sign up for Scott's travel deals, but it seems to be organized for US departure sites, and I live in Europe. Is there an option to sign up with European departure airports?
honestly this is the same as hotels, make it easier for everyone and please just take that price you found, and ask the airlines to price match. never book through 3rd parties.

Yeah you gotta jumó on them fast. If you let their emails sit in your inbox for a couple days before opening them, you’re more likely to miss the deals. If you looked yourself, you’d be spending a LOT of your life on flight search sites though.
Scott’s cheap flights is just flights out of the US at the moment, but the others should work (although some people have mentioned that airwander is currently under maintenance). Within Europe you can usually find really cheap budget airline flights using google flights or sky scanner though
Do you actually book flights for people? I am looking for someone with this kind of knowledge to book my flights and hotels etc. I like the awesome deals but I don’t have the patients to do the research. Do you have any suggestions?
I totally feel you - it can require patience of steel sometimes! We don't offer this service (although it seems like it could be a good business idea based on the comments). If you don't want to take a DIY approach, the other option is to pay a travel agent to do it for you. Have an awesome trip!

Yeah, doing this can be risky, but lots of people do it to save money. I definitely wouldn't do it multiple times with the same airline. This thread has some other useful tips in it: www.reddit.com/r/travel/comments/r2cnuq/getting_off_at_layover_city_instead_of_final/

Getting your input, what's a decent price for a ticket from LAX to SGN?
I'm planning to volunteer over there during winter break so I'm planning to leave after Dec 16th for 2-3week
You’re very welcome! For data on prices, I like to use Hopper - it’ll tell you whether the price you’re looking at now is good or if your should wait based on historic data :-)
Looks like I can do St. Louis to Dallas or Houston less $300 on Skyscanner sept 6 or 7-11 and skip lag if willing go in morning only back pack 292!
What would you recommend for a easy domestic flight from any airport in Southern California to Seattle Washington and doi I need to be vaccine to fly domestic iam within a hour drive to all of so Cali airport, San Diego, John Wayne, lax and if cheaper I will drive to Ontario California airport
Hey! We have tons of people asking for personalized help finding flights, and unfortunately we don't have the capacity to search for everyone. But we did create this super useful playlist packed with our best cheap travel hacks - including tricks for finding cheap flights: ua-cam.com/play/PLEJ4Ihvzba-RWBRbC3zPrCzRWnPWx2zUe.html Those videos should help!
I use kayak to see the cheapest days to fly then head over to American Airlines or delta to book
3:59 Thank You for the info
hi, what do you think about ASAP tickets. Looking to leave managua nicaragua to corfu greece on 9th of dec. Any thoughts on best international carriers.
Great video! Our tip to find cheap flights: use a travel agent who has access to insider and unpublished flight deals.
Any insider recommendations for us? 😏
Hello my friend, I am a new subscriber to the channel, or your question is that I need a website to make an initial flight and hotel reservation for the purpose of the consulate and visa application. What do you advise me?
Can i pay with miles if i buy flights on skiplagged?
You'd have to try to find the itinerary directly on the airline's website (or a partner airline). But I think that would add a lot of complexity since you can't see the point values within skiplagged, and in many cases, the point values could be similar anyway to buy the flight directly where you want to go (instead of skipping the last leg). I suppose it might work in some scenarios though!
You say about skipping the 2nd leg BUT many or maybe most airlines charge you if you don't get on your flight. About $200 etc
Thanks good vid.
Hi, alot of your comments were very US-centric, can you give us some European equivalents please? Scot doesn't even list any airports for me!
Yeah there are some options in Europe as well. I think it's called Jack's Flight Club or something similar.
Also, what if you need to use two cards to pay?
Well I don't really understand which one go use if I wanna buy from New York to Hamburg?
I would start with google flights. These are just extra tools for different types of circumstances.
How do I get business class seat fly to Asian and don’t pay more then $3,000 possible?? I’m new to all these credit cards companies, chase. My point still lower.
Thanks for the info. I just got a roundtrip Bucurumunga to Miami for $188. Wow thank you.
Nice! That is a steal!!
Nice! That is a steal!!
I love spirit lol, but I know what you mean... if you just take a carry on, then it all OK.
Have you ever booked a flight to Paris? I'm looking to honeymoon there in November
Hi! I just tried to sign up for Scott's travel deals, but it seems to be organized for US departure sites, and I live in Europe. Is there an option to sign up with European departure airports?
Ahh no, right now it’s only for flights from the US unfortunately 😞
Thank you for your reply.
Welcome!
5:36 :-)
@@MichelleVisageOnlyFans thanks -- asked and answered.
honestly this is the same as hotels, make it easier for everyone and please just take that price you found, and ask the airlines to price match.
never book through 3rd parties.
Love your hacks! Can you do/ share video about which countries in South America that didn't mandate C19 masking, testing or vax? Where people weren't forced and free to choose. Thanks 😄
Can one use it from Africa to America or Europe
I've never had success using matrix, due to the fact that it's hard to find a vendor that actually sells the ticket
Have you found that they don’t usually sell directly with the airline?
Me neither.
The airline has to actually be a member of ITA
I want to hear about the Detroit to Spain trip
It was a blast! Except I went to a concert the night before and got knocked in the face and had a black eye. Airport security probably though I was a trouble maker.
Hi im little confused what do you recommand for a flight from jacksonville Fl to tunis please thanks
Hey Ines, check out my other google flights video, it explains everything!
Hi
Can you recommend websites for cheap flights to Europe or Asia in Business class?
I use travel one for flights around Asia.can’t beat the prices.
I’ll have to check it out next time we’re over there - thanks for the tip!
One travel or travel one ? Can u please specify the website link
Remember if you skip lagging there’s always a chance that they can bar you from ever flying their airline again.
How do they know? What if you just missed it or had an emergency at the layover?
@@отпирайте You could probably get away with it once.
Nonsense
@@burieddreamer How do you know?
That’s fine, just one successful trip would be worth it.
Yes. Please do a video on it matrix😃
Adding it to my list!
no clear info, I spend two min in your video and didn't find any link, when you show the web the URL is hidden
Everytime I have tried to get low flights from scotts flights they are gone by time get to them just as easy to look yourself.
Yeah you gotta jumó on them fast. If you let their emails sit in your inbox for a couple days before opening them, you’re more likely to miss the deals. If you looked yourself, you’d be spending a LOT of your life on flight search sites though.
Where can I find the "Travelhacks Vault" download. He says it's down below, but I can't find it. Thanks
Should be this one :-)
"For even more ways to save, this free download shows 15 tricks travel experts use to slash their costs: bit.ly/3bquA1B "
This video inclued fligths inside Europe too ?
Scott’s cheap flights is just flights out of the US at the moment, but the others should work (although some people have mentioned that airwander is currently under maintenance). Within Europe you can usually find really cheap budget airline flights using google flights or sky scanner though
Does Book with Matrix function like a third party reseller? What are their polices for changes, refunds , etc?
How can I get a cheap flight from Cleveland, Ohio to Melbourne, Florida or Orlando??????
Melbourne is always expensive!
Is airwander sill working?
Do you actually book flights for people? I am looking for someone with this kind of knowledge to book my flights and hotels etc. I like the awesome deals but I don’t have the patients to do the research. Do you have any suggestions?
I totally feel you - it can require patience of steel sometimes! We don't offer this service (although it seems like it could be a good business idea based on the comments). If you don't want to take a DIY approach, the other option is to pay a travel agent to do it for you. Have an awesome trip!
@@ProjectUntethered I didn’t realize that a regular travel agent knows all of these hacks. But I will start searching for one and ask some questions. Thanks so much for responding!
I would hope they do - if not, you can send ‘em my video 😉
be careful doing it to much hidden city flights can get you banned or blocked since its " frowned upon" almost happened to me and the guy at the counter gave me a stern talking. I didn't even know what I was doing.
Yikes! Yeah I definitely would avoid doing this tons of times with the same airline, especially on the same route. How did the guy at the counter know what you were doing?
I was going to say the same. Airlines banned you if you do that! They actually have that info in their politics, so doing that is not a good advice
@@ProjectUntethered Lots of folks get banned. Airlines track it religiously! My best friend got a stern warning too as well. He was surprised. The airlines will ban you as well!
Yikes, sounds like they are cracking down. After reading peoples comments, I would for sure not do it more than once per airline…and even then, understanding the risk. If it’s just to save $50, probably not worth it. But to save, say $500, I’d probably risk it (just once though)
God Bless Your Soul Bro 😎
Be careful cause skip flag may not allow you to take the return flight
How much from Spain to San Diego
This video might help!
ua-cam.com/video/Uebb4EA3g50/v-deo.html
don't use skiplagged, best way to get your return flight cancelled and to be banned for life on the involved airlines...
Airwander is not working. I'm not sure why.
How can I get cheap business class fare ?
Sir can i trust skyscanner because my wife want to go home i ask sir if the skyscanner is legit
Yup it’s legit, just make sure to buy directly
from the airline
Going doesn’t recognize the small commercial airports around me. We do not live close to the major ones.
Do these websites work for flights within Canada or flights to Europe?
Airwander doesn't seem to be working , they claim to be back in the fall.
What about if your flying from Canada?
I just heard about one called Fare Drop that might be worth looking into
Do you ever find cheap flights to the Leeward or Windward Caribbean islands?
