"Gatuj n'Shpi" - Spinach Pie

INGREDIENTS for Pite me Spanak (Kosovo Spinach Pie):
THE DOUGH:
• 0.5L-water
• 1 table spoon-salt
• all purpose flour-until dough is not wet
THE SPINACH MIX:
• 2 packs (1kg)-spinach
• 2-eggs • 1 tea spoon-salt
• 1 cup-sour cream
• 1 cup-cottage cheese (or left over feta crumbs)
• 1 pack of Phyllo-dough
• 2 sticks of unsalted butter melted with two cups of vegetable oil to oil-up the dough and the phyllo dough layers.
