@hammerdance should i just do 1080x1920 for vertical and fit to screen, horizontal and vertical center to screen. Do i stretch to screen vertically to fill in the black spots or do not do that. I noticed it makes it look even more vertical the video????? Please lmk as i set all this up but cannot fit the green box game capture box vertically correctly. Hope that makes sense. Thank you

Do i have to input my audio and mic sources again. i individually did all of mine for regular stream. do i have to do that for vertical too if its all on the same page?

If its all on the same page you shouldn't have to do it again. I would do a quick test run just to make sure though so that you don't miss an awesome clip!

In OBS in your settings, there should be a box you can check that says enable replay buffer.

I installed this and it completely messed up my recording ability. As soon as I started to record, landscape, the frames started lagging and splitting. I was gutted. Had to uninstall the plugin as recording in OBS for me is 50% of what I use it for
How will this work with recording PC gameplay? I ask because don't you have to exit the game, go to OBS, and then hit the button which means it'll record you exiting and hitting the button at the end? It is a minor concern, but just wondering.
Nope! In the settings you can bind it to a key on your keyboard so you never have to leave your game you can just tap that key and it will save and record in the background for you.

@@NostradanteGaming I would recommend making the hotkey a combo of keys, so you minimise the chance of it being a command in the game! I have mine as SHIFT + Right Arrow

And just checked on my desktop and it's not working... What's shown in video is the Aitum app which you need to subscribe for and not the free vertical plugin...
So it's not working on Streamlabs OBS
Im a little late withbthis but here it is anyway. Does anyonebelse have a really high gpu usage when using aitum? Says OBS is using around 50% of my 3080ti.

I've set my hotkey for the backtrack recording and I keep getting "An unspecified error occurred while recording." Anyone else had this? 3080ti, most current OBS install. Thank you in advance.
Nevermind, I'm a dummy. I had the option to run backtrack only when streaming or recording ticked, I was doing offline stuff to test it out on tarkov and had to uncheck that option and have "always running backtrack."
installed plugin but when open obs no vertical canvas shows up. running 29.0.2
Backtrack is not saving as a short it's 1080p video size.
