i have had the same experience with the tourist version of the xun. it was like 45 dollars and was not a real musical instrument. A flower vase maybe.

Thanks for the tips! I ordered a Xun online for a kid"s music class thinking it blew like an ocarina, ocarina was in the description. It looks almost identical to the one @ 8:00. It was not expensive, so can a file be used to sharpen the lip? I can only get 2-3 notes out of it as it is. 🎶

Yes, try using a flat diamont dust file, or maybe even a sand paper might work.

Hello! How is it correct to blow into Xun? Do u make sound "tu" when u blow or you just blow into it?
