Thank you!
So dope I soon knit a sweater
Nice stitch! I looks similar to the weave stitch.
Thank you so much for sharing. ♥️♥️♥️
You are welcome!
Lovely
Thank you!
Would this pattern use more yarn than a straight stich pattern
Yes, it will require more yarn - 1- 2more skeins
my favorite instructor on the web by far!! She is so detailed and makes sure to explain clearly each pattern.
Thank you so much Lisa! Happy Knitting!
Wonderful instructor.
@@daisychavez6725 Thank you!
Beautiful! I find it easier if I work with the loops facing me instead of working over my whole blanket.
Thank you for the help. Do you have a video showing me how to do this or even pictures of the steps?
The video is above, please, watch it to learn how to do it
How do you change the calculations to make this for a standard twin/single bed? (Son is in college.)
Depends on the yarn used. There is a description under a video
So I just made this (26 stitches across) and it seems too narrow to me. Is there a way to stretch it or add something to the sides to make it wider? It’s a Christmas gift and it’s plenty long I just wish it were about 6 inches or so wider.
Also thank you for your wonderful tutorials they are so easy to follow! The blanket pattern is so beautiful and I’m a beginner and it looks great!
Taylor, sure you can add some yarn around the knitted blanket, here is a video showing how to do it (the end of the video): ua-cam.com/video/LY_k5iJdqvw/v-deo.html. You can add one layer around the blanket and if it is not enough - the second one.
@@BeCozi thank you so much. I will try that 😊
@@tayloreason5135 You are welcome!
When you need to start a new skein in middle of blanket. How do you do that?
Connect the yarn with a simple knot. I shown in the video how to make a knot.
firest you are good from Algeria
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Can this be done with a thinner chenille yarn
Probably, with needles and it will be a completely different pattern
I’m making this pattern and I can not figure out why mine looks different? It looks more like a zigzag pattern. ☹️. I can’t see anything I’m doing differently.
Please, follow the video. One row is different from another
This is fascinating! I've never mastered crochet, but this looks like something I could do. Very nice!🙂
You should try, it is a lot of fun!
It is not crochet thought..it’s knitting.
Oh, this is so satisfactory, I really want learn and do it. It seems really fun, and your instructions are easy to understand and learn, thank you so much.
Thank you! Happy Knitting!
Love it and your instructions
If I make a bunch of these smaller squares (different color yarn blocks) do you have a suggestion on how to connect them to make a large color block blanket? Would that even work?
I made two of your blankets .your tutorials are so great...tysm! For showing how to...They are beautiful and easy..
You are very welcome! Happy Knitting!
Love your videos and the many different patterns. If i can suggest something is for you to please keep your yarn from falling off your table. You having to pull on it constantly makes your video look disorganized. I know it may be something that is not as important as what the video is being made for, but it can get a little annoying. I don’t mean any disrespect, I just wanted to let you know so you can be more cognizant of that. Looking forward to new patterns. I will be ordering some yarn from your website soon. Thank you.
That looks so satisfying and I really want to use it to make a big blanket
All I’m thinking about is rolling that into a pillow.
Sounds good
Is it possible to do this same pattern but with two different yarn colors? If so can you make a video showing how to add the colors?
Yes, it is possible. How many colors would you like? How wide lines of colors should be?
You give wonderful instructions on how to make this! Thank you
You are very welcome! Happy Knitting!
@@BeCozi Thank you😀
Your videos are my favorite. Your the best thank you🤍🤍
Thank you!
This is a beautiful patter. I have never seen this. Thank you
You are welcome!
That’s very beautiful, however, I find that the bottom right hand side is rounder than the left hand bottom corner. Is there any way of rectifying that. It doesn’t seem square to me. Having said that, it’s a gorgeous pattern and blanket. Thanks for your expertise. You explain it very well. Thank you.
Knit first stitch on a cast on chain to make the rigght bottom corner square
@@BeCozi I too saw that and I love this pattern but would like all the corners to be the same. I apologize but I don't understand your reply. Can you simplify it for a beginner please?
@@redbirdacreswi In the video I skip knitting first stich on a cast on chain. If you knit the first stitch on the cast on chain - the corner will not be round.
@@BeCozi got it! Thank you so so much!
I did not use this thick yarn I used thin yarn and it was still easy thank you for you ideas
Your work is awesome but the yarn I received wasn't.
Tha ks for teaching us how to avoid unraveling!
Thank you for sharing your craft with the world I am definitely gonna do this Chucky cross blanket.

You sure can
Teaching is so clear to learn thank you

Hello,,, can you give me the price please, and how to order?? Thank you 😊

You seriously need to get something to hold your yarn in place. Lol
I do!:-)
I put a clothes pin on each stitch. I’ve had to redo too many things. Takes a little longer to finish a project but I never lose a stitch now.
Feet!
Beautiful! I was able to follow all the instructions except the part of how to make both side ends the same? Wondering if there is a way to make the chair stitch all the way around?
Yes, you can do a chair stitch all the way around, you can see our last video showing how to do it: ua-cam.com/video/qGG-Wq9c458/v-deo.html
Como se llama el material que utilizas?
Wonderful instructions! Very clear.
Thank you.

Wow looks beautiful. I'm going to try and make this one larger for ny grandson. Thanks

I'm new to knitting and crocheting can regular thick yarn work for this style of knitting work?
Yes.
How do you connect the squares
Help! I was doing great then somehow got off and now I have a zig zag blanket and not the pretty crisss cross pattern you do

Yes, it can be used for a bag.
@@BeCozi Can’t figure out how to do it? Is it possible to have a video about a crisscross bag please😍😍That will be wonderful!
@@piyoduckamy Sure, will add it to the list
Can someone else provide insight on why I'm skipping the first loop when I go from right to left?
I just want the blanket to be even, this is really confusing despite me rewatching :'(
The first stitch is being skipped in every row: this way the ends of the blanket are even and have a beautiful chain
Does the foundation chain have to be multiples of 15 +1 or just an even number?
even number
beautiful as always! will try
Happy Knitting!
🙌🙏🙏
What if i missed doing extra stitch on end ?
You need to unwind the blanket to that stitch and fix it
Very beautiful pattern I've made chunky blankets before but what you just made that's not a blanket maybe for a doll baby
This is a sample of a pattern for a blanket.

Mine has holes in it😢
And yours doesnt

Thank you1
You are explained very easy to understand mom
Just lovely ♡
Can you do how to do the triple criss cross stich?
Can this criss cross or the cable pattern be done with needles? I have a hard time keeping the loops even without needles
It sure can but this video is for Hand knitting. The project should lay on the table in front of you - this way it is easy to knit with your hands following the video instructions. This pattern is for intermediate Hand knitter. Maybe try to Hand knit some simpler patterns first: ua-cam.com/users/becozivideos
Is there away to add width if the Blanket is completed? I added a few more loops in the 1st row but it still isn't wide enough, like I would like it to be.
It is possible to make it longer with the same pattern. For a wider version - the pattern will be going to the left and right, not straight
I don't really care which way it goes, I just would like it wider. And suggestions?
@@deann6933 Cast on on one of the sides using the last row to create a row of new sticthes, then knit according to a pattern for as long as you would like to add on that side. Cast off. Do the same on another side. Then add on the bottom and connect both sides with every row knitting. Same on the top.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
That is amazing 🌹

What brand yarn are you using? Are you using chenille?
We are using our brand of Chunky and Jumbo chenille: BeCozi: becozi.net/collections/chunnky-chenille-yarn
i have 2 questions about the chunky blanket you did long ago. 1 im left handed im not sure if i should start on left side.. and 2 more importantly i did the 2 rows as you demonstrated when i get to the third do i start with the left loop or take the working yarn over to the right and start there? so do i always start a row on the right side or do i go back and forth? THANK YOU!!!! yours are the only instructions ive even remotely been able to do. so thank you
Dawn, the best way to answer you question is to watch a video one more or a few more times - stop it, rewind it back, it is very detailed, you will understand what to do by watching it a few times.
You are working back and forth just like knitting.
How many to start for a medium blanket?
This information is under a video
How many chains do i make for a full size blanket???
Depends on the size - full size of a mattress or a comforter?

I will love that yarn how can i order it.
Angela, you can order it at becozi.net/collections/chunky-chenille-yarn
15 stitches, or 16? 15 or 16? Your instructions are inconsistent and causing me to begin over and over! Just say equal amount of stitches or unequal amount would also be helpful.
She does a great job and is specific she also does a good way in keeping it simple and not stressing the veiwer out.
