What do I do now to add new cement? Can I add to it, or should I make the added design and use glue to get it to hold onto the piece? I'm afraid I've waited too long. What do you think? Hello, in my experience you can add a cement mix to another part of concrete at any time, the important thing is to apply water to old concrete and then the cement mix, the water will act as your glue, thanks for your question
