Ray Cappo is well known as the vocalist for seminal hardcore bands Youth of Today and Shelter. He’s also a world renowned yoga instructor, a podcast host (Wisdom of the Sages), and an author. His book “From Punk To Monk” describes his journey coming up in the 80s punk and hardcore scenes, followed by a profound spiritual transformation taking him to India and setting a new course for his life.
