I’ve been watching 9+ years and definitely the Losi 5 videos and the learning to drift series are two that stand out to me :)
I agree this video had me obsessed with rc’s for a long time I wanted a 5T and still do but can’t afford one and it wouldn’t make financial sense
I'm not really into RC but I love your video's and love learning about new things I'm a US citizen but loving the way you candians have fun

I don't even know what to say. This is just incredible. Pure raw power. This is going to be a blast watching this beast run after the break in period. the klunk is the weight which is drilled out and inserted into the fuel line. Its function is to hold the suction hose always to the bottom of the tank no matter the orientation of the vechle so that the engine always has fuel flow and the tank can be completely emptied.

One thing I really like that Losi did was leave lots of room behind the engine for a proper exhaust pipe without it hanging outside of the body like the 5b HPI has to deal with.

The Clunk is a weight/pickup inside the fuel tank that is attach to your fuel pickup line... so if the Truck is climbing a hill, and there is low fuel in the truck, that "clunk" will fall in the back of the tank along with the fuel, to pick up the fuel.... its used a lot in nitro/ and Gass powered airplanes

a "clunk" is the device that keeps the line low in the tank no matter the angle, It's like a weight at the end of the fuel line if I remember right.

I'm sure you know by now but you took that body off the hardest way possible lol. The whole thing comes off with the roll cage. You can even see one of the body clips at 8:38.

yeah the clunk is a porous stone that keeps fuel running when your truck flips or it will lean out and die right away. gives you some more time to flip it.
They make kits for those engines that take them up on the CC's. Plus you can get different exhaust, and port and polish. They get crazy fast then.. Their fast now but with the upgrades they get really crazy.

Medic you dun hv to remove the panels individually. There are snaps pins that holds the roll cage. Remove those snap pins and you can remove the whole body and roll cage at the same time.
ii have seen alot of these in action....great trucks. and it has a longer/wider stance then an HPI 5sc or 5t.
