This project is incomplete, it needs to be extended beyond Numaish. If it is not extended till Saddar/ Tower this project has 50 percent value.

Although the calculation is not realistic but it is good news. In the long-run cost of operation will be increased with the passage of time as maintenance costs will be increased but the cost of tickets cannot be increased in near future.
