Epic I have over 60 models and I am going to build a model village soon.
16:49 the fire was in 2013, 35 buses destroyed or about a 3rd of the entire western greyhound fleet in march 2015 the company was closed down citing insurance and financial issues at that time they still had 65 buses left in service (stagecoach took over after first devon was also closed) I was fortunate to ride on the beaver mark 2 plaxton buses though on a holiday to cornwall one year so got to see some older buses before the company ceased trading
@Adi Odjidja it was an arson attack late at night and early hours of the morning 3 people arrested thats all i know
@Adi Odjidja and 90s was when private companies bought out smaller ones or publicly owned assets that remained from each council ie the buses in this case and the company badgerline whhich became first devon & Kernow for transport services there, same as the trains really essentially but less regulated buses sadly
Very good idea to produce your top 100. I would just like to point out that the Plaxton President bodied bus showing the 80th anniversary of EYMS, the livery is actually blue and primrose.

Probably pricy when get as for collection I suppose as they are but I've got to start before it's to late you know what I mean

I made my own bus liveries! The names were Eastern National, Pan Atlas, Classic, Abellio Harland, Park And Ride, Metrobus, DavidBus, EuroExpress Harland, Airporter, Bus4u, Disabled Needs Transit and RATP Group.

Two comments. The EL2 livery looked correct to me. Morecambe and Wise were immensely popular in the 1970s, so much so that hey are repeated at Christmas every single year without exception to this day. Bring Me Sunshine was a signature song, and to many, the Andre Pré in sketch was one of the best comedy sketches ever. To the extent that Prévin had to pause a real performance of the Grieg to allow the audience to stop laughing. Search it out.
