No one can ever keep score in pick up games even when the score is being called out all game
Makes me mad. Yelling the score. And then losing team always is down by one tied or up by one when they was getting beat.

I was referring to the 12:08-12:38 mark. Like you can explain the rules of the game clearly before you even start the game, and the score can be called out during the game and you still get dudes complaining about what the score is or how much you got to win by when it’s at game point.

To be fair, he's still a grown man playing against kids. My game, like most, was garbage at 18 compared to now (late 20s). (Excluding potential NBA talent) Kids, no matter how good, are at a huge disadvantage when they play against men who have the reps, confidence, skill and intellect. Being a D1 recruit just means you have potential.

@@RetroMo1 it's not that, I have played D1, D2 and D3 players that were super fucking surprised that I was a Juco player, I never got much exposure out of HS which caused me to get offers from jucos and D3s and only 2 SMALL D1 schools that were thousands of miles from my home and I didnt like that so I chose Juco, no doubt about the talent level but not everyone that plays D1 is a bonafide bucket/gamechanger, it's mostly they have potential and the school buys into that player to see how their pick turns out

There’s a lot of D1 athletes who could easily be D3 and vis versa, Exposure and who you know is what’s most likely going to Land u D1

Any D1 athlete can be a D3 athlete, the same cannot be said for D3 common now. Sure there are some special players playing D3 ball that could make it in D1, but that is not the norm.

Big facts. For me I got a scholarship to play d1 in a few places but rode the bench for the first few years I was there. In retrospect, going to a smaller school would have been the wise thing to do to get in the game sooner. All the hype, TV, and fans are the last thing you should think about when taking the court. Go where you can make an impact sooner rather than later
