I sold this dude tons of items at my store in NYC. We had a dresser with all of the drawers full of odd human bones. It was so hard to keep track with the amount of cool items that we'd get so I'd just put them in there as we got them in and he would go through them weekly and make his selections. We had Plastinated human hearts, Mutated babies in jars, Human fingers and ears brought back by Vietnam vets, eyeballs, Egyptian Mummies, a real "Bog Baby", segmented specimens of real human heads, rows of various human skulls and just the coolest selection of weird and impossible to find items . The store was "Billy's Antiques and Props" on Houston street in NYC.
Are you talking about Obscura.? Ryan worked there and appeared on the show for a few years. Some of the things you mentioned are not legal to sell Obscura followed the rules on this.
During home remodel we found mummified cat inside a wall. It was in a sitting position while leaning out over the edge looking down.. A perfect addition to any fireplace mantle.
Kaitlyn I was going to say the exact same thing. He also seems sweet and shy a bit....he is an artist of true form...love all the people on oddities very much.
hey Ryan..how do you clean and bleach your bones? it would be really awesome if you did a video on that. nice pieces all over the place congrats on the exploting skull ,very good job.
I'd love to know what the plaster covered figure of a small, young adult was that would be kept outside of the store all night but which no one ever took. What was that and was there a real body inside? It gave off a really weird vibe.
I am absolutely horrified by what this Man keeps in his Home. BUT I am also mystified and it makes me want to know more about him and why he collects the things he collects. I have the same problem with Viktor Wynd.
Saw a few of these fetal skulls in jars of alcohol in the basement of a doctor's abandoned home in Europe, it was either Brothers of Decay or Explomo videos on UA-cam.
This stuff is sweet but I couldn't live with that kind of stuff in my house :P We had a skull for a while but we just couldnt keep it, too scary for us and we hunt ghosts :P
I would love to visit his house, but I'd be so frightened of knocking something over. 0_o Maybe I'm just really clumsy, but I can't have any of my deadies laying around, or they would be destroyed in a few minutes. I wonder how he does it... 0_o
I would love to know the legality of owning human remains? Did anyone ever contact the church to see if that skull was a religious artifact or something very important that somebody left outside? I'm really glad it went to a good home.

Whats a bog baby?
@@thisismyrealname1203
Probably found in a bog.
How is he so hot and so weird (but in a totally intriguing and awesome way). Deadly combination.
Weird isn't a bad thing I would date him in a heart beat
stardel6 I totally agree
Kaitlyn Elliott i look exactly like him
Kaitlyn Elliott so glad someone said it!
Well.. when you say it like that..
That's a perfect way to describe him!!!

Cool, nice find!
Ryan is sooo talented. His exploding skull work is world renowned.
His collection is beautiful- and he is so dreamy.

Ryan and Regina are awesome ppl. They own the Waxwork bar in Brooklyn. A must see
So handsome and smart.
Wow... Ryan has one sweet collection. I wish I knew how he was able to find all that stuff. My collection is tiny by comparison.
I love oddities but id most likely knock them over by accident and then cry
I’m a collector myself but not nearly as close as your collection. Insanely impressive
The best collection I've ever seen !

Really cool stuff, I,m envious!
Wow you have a lot of really cool stuff!!
I've got to say, I think some of this stuff should be in a museum, particularly that trepanated 35000 year old skull.
Just stumbled onto this video and mostly the people below are in love with this man🤭
Pretty cool!!!!👍
When I first saw "oddities" I was like "this show and shop is fucking awesome" then I saw Ryan and I was like "this show just got even more awesome"
His apartment is beautiful!
maybe in another 15 years my collection/room will start to look like this....but damn
It’s been 8 years since your comment, how’s your collection looking now?
Love it !
I love Ryan. He seems so down to earth. It's odd yet hot to hear him swear. Like, damn. I would do.. many, many things to that man.
What happened to this show? I loved this show, they need to bring it back
I could only imagine what it's like moving with that collection o:
That would be so cool to meet him
@kitchellmlooster
It's a Whitall Tatum specimen jar

Cool stuff. Do Ryan and Regina have a channel??
Love this
He's brilliant...
What kind of jar is holding the preparation in the beginning? Tadem or Tadim or something?
hey Ryan..how do you clean and bleach your bones? it would be really awesome if you did a video on that. nice pieces all over the place congrats on the exploting skull ,very good job.
This is awesome. I'm surprised more people haven't seen this, is he a friend of yours?
I'm dying.. This man.. I just can't.
I'd love to know what the plaster covered figure of a small, young adult was that would be kept outside of the store all night but which no one ever took. What was that and was there a real body inside? It gave off a really weird vibe.
He's on oddities!
OH GOD RYAN. my heart.
Ben Tolman's art kicks ass
Probably 3rd time I watched this in the past year. XD
When I go back to NYC I want to tell my parents to take me to Obscura I would be on TV!!!
Id love to start an oddities collection. But where to start?! Im surprized the show hasent had any momento mori photographs yet.
I am absolutely horrified by what this Man keeps in his Home. BUT I am also mystified and it makes me want to know more about him and why he collects the things he collects. I have the same problem with Viktor Wynd.
His collection is really cool but having tht stuff in my house will get me scared
you have epic stuff
i didn't know this guy had fangirls...
He looks a lot more relaxed. This is attractive. No more dates on television, I say.
"I really need a fetal skull"
Saw a few of these fetal skulls in jars of alcohol in the basement of a doctor's abandoned home in Europe, it was either Brothers of Decay or Explomo videos on UA-cam.
wow this is interesting...
I wish I could have a collection like yours, but I have cats, and because of them I can't have anything nice.
This stuff is sweet but I couldn't live with that kind of stuff in my house :P We had a skull for a while but we just couldnt keep it, too scary for us and we hunt ghosts :P
I have 120 Species from snakes ( preserved), this is my private collection!
Surprising person :)
@Rxe08 Thanks for the fast response.
Ryan. Why are you so cute. Also i love your collection.
how did this interview/tour come about?
Love the baby skeleton at the end!
Oddities season 4 episodes on my channel, enjoy!
I would get nightmares in that house
I would love to visit his house, but I'd be so frightened of knocking something over. 0_o Maybe I'm just really clumsy, but I can't have any of my deadies laying around, or they would be destroyed in a few minutes. I wonder how he does it... 0_o
I wonder how much he has to dust all of that?
I couldn't sleep at night, I'd be wondering if anything downstairs was ambling about...
Would love to have a mummified cat...
I would love to know the legality of owning human remains? Did anyone ever contact the church to see if that skull was a religious artifact or something very important that somebody left outside? I'm really glad it went to a good home.
It's only illegal in 3 states
You Rock
I would give my first born to have this collection.
Lets just hope you never give birth then nikki
Ryan, mike and evan are all cool
"Hey man I really really need a fetal skeleton, what the fuck". lol fucking classic.
I don't know... I think I would like to be part of his collection, I would in the company of some amazing specimens. ;D
Wow... Lots of interesting pieces. I think i saw some exploded skulls next to the fetus? I wonder if thats his work....
what a beautiful beautiful man
I remember that pig from one of the episodes
Omg I can't believe he left dead animals on the floor to rot in his home lol. I'd preserve them immediately.
What the hell is that small corpse human thing in the end?
Wonder what these guys are up to now
how can i clean a rat skull without using bugs?
Is he really your brother? It makes me wonder what my bro thinks of all my odd collecting habits. ;)
3 jealous boyfriends disliked this

This video is already 10 years old, and Ryan seems kind of "picked up" 😹🤣😂

I am medical student but still i won't be able to keep this real 💀 and bones in my house it will creep me out everynight when i see
This guy always has a "friend" he gets things from. Yeah right, he probably digs them up himself.
He is also on the show "Oddities" that use to be on the Science Channel.
I want to tour his house
"hey buddy how do you like dead shit"
