Hi @chadreid9305 If gives you the reasons not to trust the figures given by people who have very little experience in development. More often than not, someone who has done a self build. But, if you want to trust that figure then go ahead.
Hi @TheOwlsarewatching606 😂 No I just changed video editor and as my previous editor let me down and this was a rushed job to get out in time, we we just left it in.
Hi @user-do2xj2qh3c What would be misleading is to give you a value which is completely not the value for your area. Here a a reply I gave previously. Actually, you should be glad it does not answer the question as I could quote you a value which would be wrong like every other value that's quoted on the internet. I thought I was doing you a favour by not misleading you. But if you want a value it's £1,500m2, there again it also £2,100 and then again it's £4,000. the are all actual costs to build houses. Which one do your think we should go with?
How have you established the *build costs* in your area?
Good timing for me this one Jim 😇
@@darrenmunro2880 you have viability assessment workbook to give you the costs in your area. Will be interested to see what yours comes out at .
This video doesn't answer the question it asks in the title.
