You could add some network wire race minder tracks on the back wall under the counter to comb down, bundle and organize those wires better using Velcro straps. That would relieve some weight strain on the radio sockets and cable terminations. Make it easier to trace and reconfigure conductors when equipment is changed or moved. Secure and protect sensitive conductors from getting kicked and jostled around needlessly under daily (ab)use.
nice build and very nice of your local safety center to allow you to have your own room in there. We have several counties that only allow a radio or two. So having an entire room would be incredible. Well done video.
I suppose they were smart enough to realize that when everything else goes down, the AUXCOM room will likely be the only communication... They will be VERY busy!
In the Tulsa area we have seen a large increase in AllStar activity. A lot of new nodes in the area. While it doesnt replace analog, it is a great option to have access to.
