I have a ford flex and it has a similar 'pocket' for the rears are you are showing here. Can I use those steel circle spacers to raise the car height?

Jeffrey -- We really don.t advise using spacers on both ends of the spring, at that point you need new springs.

Because of the ratio of the lower control arm based off the spring location on most GM older cars.

Super late but wulf suspensions has some coil spacers for your ranger. I just installed them on mine.
