The title It is pure truth if they focus on doing it in the style of Gears of War 1 the saga will return to his prime
Visually, story, and effects definitely. Gameplay not so much. Gears 1 game mechanics very dated. Random bullet spread, center screen aiming, no wall canceling are not good in the long run. We don't need crazy wall cancels like later GoW titles but it needs to exist in some capacity.

Because it was still Gears 1. The mechanics are dated. We don't need Gears 1 style gameplay, just the tone, the story styles, the darker themes. But center screen aiming, random shotgun spread, etc, no thanks

The first 3 gears games were the best. I hope e-day is just as equal as those first 3 gears games
😂😂😂😂 that thumb nail is definitely a wishful stretch. Gears 3 is basically perfection. All's it needed was the lancer with a tiny bit less stopping power. Retro and hammerburst only as pickups. And more gears 2 maps and then gears 3 is literally perfect lol
If they don't change the active reload system back to gears of war mechanics, E-Day multiplayer will still be ass.
What’s even better is that this opens so many opportunities I’m surprised we haven’t got a game with a new squad like halo reach but this squad dies at the end because they discover raams existence or maybe the queen idk something that leads them to getting hunted down and killed before they are able to give any information
Going back to gears 5 and regretted it after playing some gears 3 and 2 it feels so damn awkward i cant explain. Gears 4 is the best feeling modern gears multiplayer wise if that makes sense

"Gears E-Day Is going to be better than Gears of War 3" Don't be too cocky. As much as I would love to certify this game being amazing, the game could always come out broken, bare-bones content at launch, barely any live service to keep the game alive after launch, pay to win stuff, etc etc etc. I am sure there is going to be a scummy catch to the game if it ends up coming out as a good game in the first place. (I fucking hope it does, it's legit been since around gears of war 3 since I have been this excited for a new video game to come out)
If they bring the same system of gears coins I think we are safe. ( skin in the shop costs money the first week then the next one you can buy it with gears coins ( gears 5 ) )
