Wow, had no idea so many railings were missing. Was in another comment section & a guy said he remembered people bungee jumping from the top.
Another time, police and rescue had to come because someone (that ruined it for everyone else) got stuck in between the arches.

@@samanthab1923 yep something like that. There are man hole access points throughout the bridge that service workers used to maintain the bridge. One of the steel ladders going down into the arch collapsed and they got trapped.
