Thank you! I come back to this video often for drum circle ideas.
Uncut, is raw; raw is healthy! I like it like that.
Good point! Organic teaching.
Uncut is real and human, please keep up the great work.
Thanks, Kalani! I had forgotten some of these rhythms. Uncut videos are preferable to me. One, I don't like the feel of heavily edited videos. Two, I think it's very helpful to developing students to see that even highly skilled professional percussionists can make mistakes, laugh it off, and move on. An important skill for developing percussionists, and one that isn't easy to develop, is to immediately move on from a mistake, to not panic, to not freeze, just quickly move on. It is very helpful to see skilled teachers make mistakes. Thanks, again,
Alex
Thank you. I agree about moving on from mistakes 100%. It helps to learn how to do this in music so we can do it in life. It's a lesson that music helps is learn, so we do better outside of the classroom or concert hall. Thank you for your comment.
The little mistakes are wholesome , make it feel human.
Great video Big K. Thank you for taking the time. Didn't mind the mistake, it was a refreshing real moment.
Thanks 👍
I like simplicity, and a one-shot video with no much editing is my answer, thank you for asking and for your teaching!
do you have videos that could help with hands independency ? Steady bit and/or drumming and singing take me away from the zone
Thank you. Less editing helps me be more productive too.
Love any dundun rhythms! Thanks!
Personally I like uncut videos. Videos with jump cuts between every sentence give me tachycardia - very unnatural.
Thanks Kalani!
Good point. I don't care for all the cut up videos either. Some are really hard to watch.
Awesome! Thank you Brother!!
Really enjoyed this!
I like that one you called 'danza ' . I realise you're playing in 2 but it has a 5 over 4 thing going on too.
Thumbs up! I dug it. Keep on playing and teaching. You are great! :)
Thanks! These rhythms can be played on the drum kit. One hand on the hi-hat and the other on toms. For example, during a percussion solo.
Good point.
these sound great together!
My new favorite video

Backwards sounded gOOd
No cuts ~ jus grOOve! Simply marvelous!
Diggin it 😎 👍
Do you have any videos about clave.
Yes - You should be able to search the channel for them. I also have more on the Patreon site.
Who knows how these rhythms would be notated?
Less editing is better. We are students and we learn from it all.
