Bob is still the strongest because Endless is a much easier song than Run. Even if you use a bot on Run, Bob will go "Oh shoot, this dude brings bot mode! Well, I'll just win the other way!" and the game shuts down STILL because there's too many notes at the end! And you can't edit the song either because Bob says "No no no, you don't!" In the story of the sonic.exe mod that sonic.exe cannot kill bf but the only way is to rap battle and when they bf lose he dies when sonic.exe lose he doesn't die so sonic.exe cannot be killed and I think that's the rule no one kill no one in the mod
