In this video, Dr. Rohit sharma from Gds Dental has explained BMP technique for preparing thin canal of mandibular molar. He showed biomechanical preparation with hand protaper and k files. He used crown down technique to prepare the canal.

Why the working length decreased from 19mm to 17mm after 2nd sitting in DB? I have abscess which is not healed fully... Shall I ask the doctor to wait so that the abscess gets healed and the proceed? Please reply.. After 3rd sitting I am experiencing some pain today. Doctor have conducted 3 sittings within 5days...he used F4 file as my canal is broad because of abscess as he said.. Pleass reply..
