What's the asking price for this property?
It concerns me that the videos of properties in Italy such as this one show no one in the streets. Its a ghost town! Everyone is moving out. No wonder the property is so cheap!
The side streets of these little Italian towns are very quiet. I also think they film these early in the day. I was in San Gimignano last fall, a very popular tourist town. The main street was full of tourists, but we walked the perimeter of the town and didn't see a soul. It was great for photography.
I am very concerned about videoing people, especially children. I specifically avoid including people/ strangers to avoid future problems. I even try and avoid number plates and cars
Don't forget that the residents take a 2 siesta 3-hour every afternoon

All of the appliances and furniture are included, with the exception of some private objects, you get what you see. There is a proviso, that although many objects are new, there is no guarantee of the quality nor functionality of anything that is left.
You also need to add to this the cost of Notary fees and Stamp duty (tax) which will come to around 9% for non-resident buyers and a further 3% plus tax on agency fees.
