Thank you so much for posting this. I cycle with this video 5 times a week, and now I practically know every corner and every building (especially in the last town you go through, that's when I know I'm almost finished and that 10 minute bonus track is coming up). So far I've lost 15kgs and its been incredible. You've basically been on my weight loss journey with me and I just wanted to say a huge thank you.
It's been over a year since I have my stationary bike. Only today I realized that there must be videos like this. Aaaaaand there it is. Guess I'll start exercising again.
This ride was pretty hard but I loved it and will be doing it a lot more. I am a former runner turned cyclist, I had a total hip replacement back in October and I have been riding indoors and getting really bored. This and your other videos will help me get ready for my first 100 mile ride in June.
AWESOME videos! Has certainly helped me gain a much higher achievement in my cycling training over the last few months. I don't know how you make it so smooth!! My only wish is you make more.
So far the Best Cycling Workout ever been experienced. Camera is incredibly steady and clear. This work out..just bring me right to the the peaceful Europe suburban area. I really enjoy this workout and having a great fun with this. Thank you for making this great workout!!
Great video to ride to. I always use my own music as riding for me is more meditative and lets my mind relax as I watch the scenery. Downhill works for me as parts made me pedal faster like when you're a kid and want to challenge your ability to NOT crash the bike as you go as fast as you can. A great thrill then, a virtual thrill now.
This is an incredible ride. I really enjoyed it. I had to download it instead of viewing online because of the super slow internet speeds here in the UK. The music goes very well with the ride. I rode at an average speed of 25.4km/hr at a an average cadence of 130rpm. Maintained 681KJ/hr.
Mr O'Pastry. A fine workout i come back to every year for working on a smooth technique and core stability. Thanks for your hard work creating this video.
I love these. Do the workouts at the GYM and I drop everybody on the other stationary bikes. Hahaha... thanks for the videos, I’ll be using them on my trainings.
Great cycling workout video - been using this video exclusively since I got my Bodyrider EZ Breeze Fan Bike. The scenery and timing are perfect. I even like to mute the audio and play my own music during the ride. Thanks for the great video!
fiveyen Hi fiveyen. Those Bodyrider's look like they'll give arms a good workout as well as your legs. Must be fun using it to this video! Thanks for the feedback, Phil.
Oh yes, I got a workout, but I also started a wild water rave! I drank so much water, then I poured it all over myself and the room! I was running and dancing so crazily... It was a euphoric experience..
This video make me sweat! I mute the TV because I like my own music but the captions in this video add challenges to my cycling and I like it! Happy to have found this video! Great job!!
Hi Robin, Thanks for the feedback. I've put some instruction/motivation comments via the subtitles/cc on the UA-cam player (bottom right). Hope they help. Thanks, Phil.
I just discovered this video and I love it. I can't quite get to a steady 110rpm, but I WILL. In time. Thank you. It makes a cycling routine much more interesting.
I worked harder than I would have "alone". To increased cadence for an hour will improve my peddling efficiency. Thanks for the video and tour of the Vercors... I shall return to the Vercors for another ride soon.
I now have an update which has happened quite quickly. I now do 10 miles 53mins every weekend. 4 miles 20mins during the week. Hope you get a chance to progress quite quickly too.
Great video and cadence training. I am currently awaiting my Garmin 500 with cadence/speed to be more accurate. But for now I just found a pace and counted out 25 rpm/15 sec=100rpm, 27/15sec=105(approx) and so on. Kept my mind focused as well. I am a firefighter and a new cyclist trying to get ready for a 250km ride next July across Indiana. looking forward to the other vids! Subscribed!
Chris McClure Hi Chris, sounds like you have a big ride planned for next July. Your garmin should make it easier to get the cadences right but you might find that after a while you can get the cadences right without really thinking about it.
I've used this video to go from typically riding at 85 cadence to now riding at 100 cadence (outside & inside). It's also raised my average speed, on the rollers, over an hour from around 19mph to a high of 22.4 mph. I'd love to also see a good recovery video from you guys as well!
Josh Ross It's good to hear that you've been making good progress using the video - and that you're using rollers as well! Great stuff. A recovery video is an interesting idea - I'll get working on it. Thanks for you're feedback and keep me informed of your progress. Go go go, Phil.
I race with team planet x usa and this video has transformed my rollers sessions from drudgery to something tolerable while at the same time helping me to make real progress. I was also planning to contact you guys because I write for a site called CycleTechReview.com and I think it would be cool to write something up about these videos. If you are interested shoot me a message.
Great videos. Hope you make more. Time flies by. Kinda new to indoor biking and I dont have an rpm meter. I do have a heart rate monitor so I modified their scale. 1- 120's bpm, 2- 130's and so on. There is no # 5. Think that would kill me.
kaybikerow Hi, 40 minutes isn't bad going at these cadences. I'm sure you'll soon get to the full 60 minutes. You might need to drop the resistance slightly.
definitely the best Indoor Cycling video to UA-cam
+Indoor Cycling Videos Thanks, Merry Xmas!
Vaccinated twice, positiv tested anyway, 10 days of isolation. Thank you for your beautiful trainings. That's exactly what I need now.
Thank you so much for posting this. Awesome! Thanks for this vid. It's keeping me sane. Two feet of snow outside and slush, slush, slush.
It's been over a year since I have my stationary bike. Only today I realized that there must be videos like this. Aaaaaand there it is.
Guess I'll start exercising again.
5 years with this ….thanks from Brazil…
Great video. Cool music, particularly last song. Thanks!
Ein perfektes Video.
Habe es bei meiner Indoorcycling Runde probiert.
Alle waren begeistert

This video is awesome!! the places are really beautiful.

Yep........this is what I needed....this is just awesome, nice view nice training.
Fantastic video for indoor cycling. I had to use my own music though. Will use over and over. Thank you for letting us travel with you.
+Lesli D Hi. Pleased to hear you enjoy the video. There's no problem listening to your own music as long as it keeps you pedaling fast!
Thank you for such a great training video. I wish I had roads like that to train on locally!
Years on, I flipping love this.
So very good and such a needed routine for bad weather days! Thanks!
Rode with this video for first time, at times reminds me of winter riding in Colorado. Thank you for sharing this workout, will use it again.

Thanks for the training video! It's raining here in Georgia! I enjoyed riding through France on a sunny day!
Tammy Jones It's not sunny here at the moment either. In fact the roads on the first part of the video are covered with a good layer of snow.
Excellent workout and the Col De Penne is a favourite also. Keep up the good work and looking forward to more!
Ian Bowden Thanks. Good to hear you like both videos.

Turbotripping Indoor Cycling Did you plan for "One Last Blast" to appear right as you drive by the power station? One last blast of power! Clever :)
fiveyen Well spotted!
I agree, this was a spectacular indoor cycling workout! I mute the music too, but thanks to the onscreen cadence suggestions, it keeps me focused.
Oh yes, I got a workout, but I also started a wild water rave! I drank so much water, then I poured it all over myself and the room! I was running and dancing so crazily... It was a euphoric experience..

Smashed it.
I mean half of it as I'm only a beginner. But this is my regular.
Oh thank god it wasn't just me!! I only managed 25 minutes LOL. To be fair to myself I haven't exercised in a year or so so it wasn't that bad!
I now have an update which has happened quite quickly. I now do 10 miles 53mins every weekend. 4 miles 20mins during the week. Hope you get a chance to progress quite quickly too.

Great scenery and music. I managed 40 minutes but had to drop back about 10 points on the cadence for my second half though. Maybe next time...
kaybikerow Hi, 40 minutes isn't bad going at these cadences. I'm sure you'll soon get to the full 60 minutes. You might need to drop the resistance slightly.
great video, makes you realise how badly overcrowded the UK is
