The Flute Channel Hi Amelie , I didn’t know about the Bb with the trill key glad I do now Thanks ! I have used the other two as you said based on what notes come before and after so it is any easier transition. Great video Amelie !
Recently I have been trying to use the trill key more often for my Bb's and have been getting a lot more used to it! It can be quite helpful, but it truly is all about the context of the piece, arpeggio, scale, etc. you are tying to play. Thanks for the helpful videos!
Thanks a lot Amélie, as usual. Could you talk about the alternative fingering, like for medium C#, for example? It helped me a lot to keep my flute stable while playing it very quickly after a third octave D. Under stressm the flute may move too much and the sound quality is lost... And in your opinion, when is it accurate to start learning them, in case if...
I was only using the one which I move the thumb from B to Bb. I tried the 3 ways you showed in the video, the trill key is a little hard. Maybe when I get the flute gels and add them it will be easier. Can you make a video or videos to show us the other notes that have more than 1 fingering? Thanks, God bless you :)
I think you unterstand French, so I'm going to say in French, it's easier for me...
Did you know there are three Bb fingerings? Which is your favorite? Let me know in the comments.

Your welcome Hector. Thanks so much for watching!
Thank you so much! I was having trouble with the first way. But using the b-flat key was easier to make a sound for me.
Yay! I’m so happy you made this video. Really helped me think more about being versatile and technical with my flute playing.
Thank you so much for explaining this so clearly and succinctly! Some channels want to take 20 minutes plus!!
Glad it was helpful!
