Yesn't. 15 cm is a big gun, so great to deal splash damage, but I agree that it would be smarter to replace like 6 of those HE with AP.

Armor and speed are important these days. I like mobile tds myself but it depends on your play style. Game is too complicated to give you a short answer. Do some research!

@@guvengonul825 as for a beginner, i would suggest is7 in heavy tanks. Try and cover your lower plate and is7 will cover for your lack in experience. As for a medium tank, go for t62A or stb1. Another heavy would be kranvagen or type 71 for beginners
