  • ABOUT KALYAN KRISHNAMURTHY:
    Kalyan Krishnamurthy is the current CEO of Flipkart who was born on 12 January 1972.
    Kalyan at first joined Flipkart in June 2016 as head of the Category Design Organisation and replaced co-founder Binny Bansal, who was made the group CEO. Before even joining Flipkart, Krishnamurthy was also the managing director of Tiger Global.
    He left Tiger Global Management LLC in May 2016. Then in January 2017, he was made the CEO of Flipkart Online Service Pvt. Ltd.

    Flipkart is getting worst in coming times, the rules, the complications, so many fake orders for sellers. Complexities of listing management and worst support system and PAM services also worst

    With the recent changes these guys making to their policies(return policies, degrading customer service etc) many people are avoiding e-commerce and looking at offline stores.

    This could be a great gamechanger for many out there looking out for some good process approaches which yield greater avenues of recognition and brand growth.
    With a massive consumption economy from a young population, bringing out the best from urban,much less tapped semi urban & rural matters significantly.

    Kalyan is visionary leader and he take care of his team as family member they are much ahead of their competition amd i am sure they have better understanding of Bharat

      Don't tell lie,he may be take care of his team like a family but his Flipkart customer care executive people are treating their customers like Street dogs.also if you will ask them to transfer call to their senior they will beat you like mosquito

      first if all he is not Indian, he is a singaporean citizen now, and secondly, he was the major person who involved in kicking out of sachin and binny bansal

    I have been a flipkart customer since 2011 but I have never faced any issues like the ones I am facing now, related to return, order delivery and almost everything.
    It's disheartening to see flipkart going down and while you are talking these big numbers I would request you to fix all these ground level problems that made Flipkart so successful.
    I used to always choose Flipkart over amazon everytime but now it has become opposite.
