Full ammo teams will have two nuclear bombs on them. Ammo count is not an issue when everything dies in three turns. Maybe 3 if you count Magic Bullet Outis (which we should since she is also a Walpurgis ID)
Ideally I'll just keep going, doing a solo run for each ID I haven't done yet. Once that's done, if I feel like MD5 is distinct enough from MD4, I might redo some of the IDs I've already done, otherwise I'll just do a solo for each new ID as they come out.

They also both can heal decent amounts of SP with conditionals and apply a decent amount of their keyword statuses
