I have been not doing well the last 2 days. I have arthritic knees and was almost unable to walk yesterday. Today to treat myself I finished your video. They bring me such joy. I loved your dinner, it looked so good. I was able to get to the kitchen today and made beef with onions, carrots and celery. About 20 minutes from serving, I removed the vegatables, chopped then, and put them back in the juices with uncooked rice. I covered the pan and let the rice cook. I like it so much I really don't need the beef.

Pour ce qui est des baguettes, j'apprécierai beaucoup que Stella nous fasse une petite vidéo sur la manière de les tenir. Je vois tellement de façon de le faire et aucune ne me convient (je perds tous les aliments que j'essaie de saisir avec)...
