Hey Michael! This video is actually very helpful because I was looking into doing exactly what you have done. How high will the fans take your spray? How high are your trees? My trees are very young and small so I want something that is effective at spraying the trees that isn't $6,0000. I believe the fans you are using are around 1000 CFM I was looking into a blower that is 3000 CFM have you found a more powerful fan would be better? Or is it better just to use more fans and more nozzles? Thanks!
My trees are around 10-12 foot high. I am working to raise the whole unit up about 3' for that specific reason. It sprays fine up to around 12', but I'd like it higher for future tree growth. I think the fans blow fine, more is always better, but with one nozzle on each, I get good coverage. With air blast wind is really the only problem. It doesn't do well against the wind, but neither do the $6,000 ones.
What does the drill mounted to the top of the tank do?

@@michaelbook545 OK good to know. Thank you! I'll be watching to see what you do!
Thank you for sharing this setup, I also have been trying to figure a way to do this for my vineyard without spending thousands.
