Just remember it's okay to not be what everybody is making life seem to be. Life is not about being perfect about being a normal person if you look at the world no one is normal people just want to put on an image. all you have to do is appreciate yourself for everything that you have been through every little step of the way counts you've been through too much to beat yourself up be proud of yourself no matter what. Use your imagination and think of the best things you can think of to get you through any situation you don't want to go through and trust me there will be better times throughout life those times will feel so much better when you go through these things that make you sad because if you don't know sadness you don't know happiness so whenever you feel down remember love yourself start thinking of something that makes you really happy and really imagine it's happening and don't be so hard on yourself every little step counts

Being outside of my house is a battle, I have to go through every single day. I can’t be with my friends after school, apart if it’s at my house.
