I've just read that Nick Kamen died on Tuesday 4th May 2021 after a short illness. This song was co - written by Madonna for her third album - True Blue. She got in contact with him after seeing him in the Jean's tv advert, gave him the song and provided backing vocals.

Picture it. 1986 in Algarve, Portugal. It was the first time I had ever heard this song. I became obsessed with it. When I returned to Canada, I searched for this song and it just wasn't available. I'm saddened to hear that he has passed away. He sure had some incredible talent. It's such a shame he never made it big in Canada.

Our poor Nick suffered since 2018 of a terrible bones cancer but no news from the family about the privacy.He was living in London all these years and dedicated to painting.He quitted music many years ago but it's nice for us to remember Nick in this way,handsome and great artist with harmony and good memories about him.RIP dear Nick.
