Shane thank you, you were very objective in your review and you got absolutely every reason for your thoughts spot on! Looking forward to seeing your channel grow - Regards Kyle (Owner/Designer Signum Watch Co.)
I really like the clean minimalist design by day and the crazy lume by night. A worthy addition to the Kings of Lume. Thanks for mentioning a GMT version. Now bring on Lume-o-ween!
Thanks for talking about the bezel action, Jody missed that. I am very excited for the purple GMT, its my favorite color and it really seems to be a watch that is maxed out on specs. Extreme lume, reliable GMT movement, Titanium with smaller links and a rotating bezel. Seems like a watch that ticks off every possible box I could have!
Walking around, outdoors, at night would be really funny, kind like a frozen light ball jumping allover! 😜 Plus you'll spotted by far...!!! Thanks for the review Shane, guess the new GMT is a spot on addition to this line, hard to choose a winner. Be well mate, cheers.
Ha! Count me in! I own some Zelos Frost watches and I'm pretty sure they can compete with the Cuda! Especially my Blacktip Frost! Great video, as usual!
I love your videos, I love dive watches. I always want a fully-indexed bezel and crown shear guards. But I will buy a Signum 42.5 mm dive watch of some type!
Great review, I have the all BGW9 white dial version, only issue I have with it as you said, is if Im trying to read the time late on in the evening and the lumes faded, I cant make out the difference between the hands and the dial because they're the same colour haha. But otherwise, perfect watch and very comfortable.
Have you checked the new Zelos update for their swordfish 40mm? I think the yellow seems pretty lume beastly! But of course, we wont know how long the lume last for the new one
Really love and enjoy your watch review videos. I would like to request you to do a video on Start-O-Timer by Jack Mason. From what I know, this micro brand is based in USA, and they recently created a couple of watches housing miyota (9k-series) movements with more than average lume, even the bezel is lumed in some models. Also, the case design is quite handsome although leaning more towards Rolex homages. I would really love to get your perspective on the watches and the brand itself. Thank you and please keep creating content.
Funny you should mention that. They are actually based about 30 min from me. I got invited to a small reveal party for the Strat-O-Timer last Saturday along with a few other reviewers. Great guys, talked to them for a while, and they let me borrow a prototype for a bit. So a review is coming, but probably won't be until early Nov. Although I did get a few macro shots already. instagram.com/p/Cj0X1JggCyn/ Dial is a bit dusty (it's a prototype), and the sides will be fingerprint magents, but otherwise I'm very impressed with it. Great looking watch, and the 9075 seems solid. Bracelet with it's 7 link jubilee is beautiful and comfortable. Feel free to ask any questions on it,
Got one. Nice during day as flashy. But not that great to read time during night as the hand lacks lume my armida and Tudor are far more superior for reading time so think it’s over evaluated.
@@pbxl I wouldn't say that. I haven't seen every watch out there, but the hands (at least on the blue version) have a ton of lume. Able to say lit for quite a while. Now I know Jody (just one more watch) has said it's the best he has ever seen. Which I don't fully agree with it, but it's definitely among the best I've ever seen.
I had a 38.5mm Cuda but sold it as I found it wore too small. If I were to ever get another one it’ll definitely be the 42.5 version. They are pretty solid and well made budget divers
Really sad to see how huge they are, I've been searching for something with lume that can blind me well I to the night but even the best Lume in the world isn't going to put a 41mm+ watch on my wrist 😑
I like the fact they use nh35 movements. But their prices are too high in general across their product line. And at their price range, exhibition case backs should be the norm, and they are not.
Hi, Kyle here from Signum, just some feedback on your comments. While I appreciate them I must say regarding price the dials alone across all the ranges warrant their prices. A price of a watch should not be limited to the price of its movement, we have put in months of effort in the dials, some a first for any watch brand ever, some 6 months trial and error to get right. Working with natural materials such as minerals there are a lot of breakages and throw away dials so from a manufacturing perspective I absolutely see the value. Regarding exhibition casebacks, not a fan of the standard looking NH35 so no reason in showing it, however for example the 9039 powered Sollus Automatic we made does have one because we made a point of showing it with all the small details. Sorry for the long explanation but I thought it was warranted 🙏 best regards Kyle
Nice lume... but lumed hands on a lumed dial is idiotic for regular use and I don't know why micros and others still do it. Sure it looks cool, but look to someone like Damasko for how to do it right. Black hands on a lumed dial provide better contrast both day and night.
Ha! Count me in! I own some Zelos Frost watches and I'm pretty sure they can compete with the Cuda! Especially my Blacktip Frost! Great video, as usual!
Looks like the GMT version is also out now: www.signumwatches.com/products/signum-cuda-titanium-gmt-full-lume-collection
Finally... the date wheel is lumed. More companies need to do this.

Holy lume, Batman! 😎
To be fair using a nh35 ( nh34 for the GMT ) might actually be a positive since the maintenance would be easier and cheaper in the long run .

Great lume watch with a perfect balanced dial layout with the date window at 6 and the text. Thanks Shane.

is the sigma the best full lume dialu have seen? mine is the HEMEL HD1
Thanks for introducing me to a very cool micro brand.
I like the fact that Signum thinks independently enough to build no date watches, many thanks !

nice review...agree on size...
Any thin 40MM titanium full lume watches you can recommend? THis one a bit bulky for me!
I think this is the only titanium fully lumed ink one about.
Reminds me of one of my orients with a lumed dial, i think this is a decent value watch
This was like watching " In Search Of " documentary ala 1977 💪👍😂

Legability always seems to suffer with fully lumed dials. Never as much contrast.
@@RelativeTime after 4-5 hours the watch face is not lumed anymore the problem is really a lack of lume on hands.

Looks like inflation hit Signum a bit as well and these are now 449.
But will anything else ever beat that lume? :D
Cheers,
Alex
Well I found one that does.

Nice watches but they are to big for me. 38-39 would be cool
my limit for a diver is 38mm :-D But nice lume.
Suddenly Timex Indiglo technology comes to mind. 🤔
It has a simmilar glow

Nice watch. It would irritate people in a movie theater though 😎
Coo video ✅

Hot-Cuda Matata !
Děkuji 💚
Not my cup of tea, too bright and cheerful but great review as always 👍
Looks like orients diver

Where is the new lume oween?
Working on it. It’s comes out on Halloween every year
LumeMaster!!!
Overpriced.
