I certainly would like to have one; Titanium watches are extremely comfortable and this piece, having the emergency feature is just a Total Professional watch ....great review Love titanium!!!

You are correct. In the southern hemi, the north and south orientation is the opposite. Also, in US at least you may need to account for daylight savings time if its observed in the area u are operating

If it's been used in a real emergency then Breitling will do it for free but if you used it by accident or on purpose they will charge you twice the price of the watch so depending on the model and materials it's made of it could cost you as much as 60k just to fix the transmitter, then there's the FAA fines and costs of deploying the rescue team which could add another 50k to that. Would you pull it now that you know it would cost you as much as 110 grand?
You can have it but you don't want to use it without it being in a real emergency. Breitling charges twice the retail price of the watch to put it back to normal. Then you have the FAA fines and costs of deploying the rescue team and other emergency services. Depending on the watch it could cost as much as 110 grand to put everything back to the way it was. So, not a good idea.
Not really. I mean, is there cheaper and better alternative instead of using something above 10,000 bucks? I do understand there isn't anything worth more than your life but I feel that there are much inexpensive choices...of course not in a version of a watch.
Honestly, there is no other watch with the same feature. Other watching need a Cell tower to do so to find you. The best watch is this one because it's a SOS rescue by satellite. For an imaginary birthday gift, I'm getting this instead of an omega sub.
Definitely NOT, the Emergency II is NOT worth it at all. 🤷🏻♂️ I purchased the previous iteration (Emergency I mk II) as NOS for just €2400 (ok, many years ago) and that version for that price new, YES it was totally worth it. But NOT the latest version for such inflated price. No way! 👎🏻
@@abdulrahmanbolboshoot5841 Man, mine (Emergency I mk II) does *ALSO* have *TWO* antennas! 🤷🏻♂️ I like this brand so much that I own over a dozen of Breitlings, but the Emergency II for that price (even half!) is *NOT* worthy at all! 🤷🏻♂️ Just my two cents.
@@WatchesOnYou i love this watch. my everyday watch is a swiss made automatic gmt, 51mm and 21 mm thick. it is a diver with the release valve, 1650 feet water resistant. fits nice on my 9"+ wrist. weight a pound. i would have bought the emergency, but I don't like light watches.
Breitling should update this watch with better water resistance

only worth it if you are in a life or death situation and this watch actually saves you.
How many times you can use the emergency function?
One use

It has dual antennas now which took years to develop, that plays a major part in the jump in price.

No.
Nice 👍 watch👀 and really nice 👍 features, but i don't think 💭 it's worth $16000 dollars.
Thanks for the comment!
none of the watches are worth their retail price

It will save your life, if you actually use it properly. So yeah my life is obviously worth more than $16000
