Hi , 3rd party tools are those apps which are provided by external companies basically they sell some solutions which can be helpful for who have implemented salesforce. Consider it like apps which are available on Google play store and you add them on your phone to have more functionality. This is absurd. The explanation in the video is so generic and basic and consists mainly about manual testing. Please give the title accordingly before wasting users time. Disappointed with the video.
