- Jeromy Reyes-Orcino was hit in the head with a bat during an altercation last Saturday. The entire incident caught on video. The 20-year-old from Hilo opened up about how this incident changed his life and had a message to share with others. A warning, some of the images in this story may be disturbing.

After midnight? Everything is after midnight, just depending on which midnight date you talking about. But I think I know what you mean. Maybe between the hours of 12 and 4 am. After 4 am it gets safer.

Yes, they're probably still making sure they have enough evidence to charge. No use arresting them and releasing them because you can't hold them without charges. That's the way it works. Sometimes these things take time, depending on the case.
