Hello, Ellende is a good band. The big problem is that there are so many bands in dozens of subgenres of black metal that are really good. Despite that, my absolute favorite project is Skyforest and the associated musician in the background, with his side projects like Annorkoth, Hiki, A Light in The Dark & Abstract Void. Greetings from Austria!
@@styrianrebel8143 You right, and most of these bands are solo projects that in rare cases play lives. I dont know much about Ellende, but sure started as a solo project, and like Ellende there are dozens of great musicians out there. I think my personal favorites are Midnight Odyssey, Lantlõs and Ellende.
Hello, Kaltenbach Open Air 2024 is very well attended with 36 bands in August, for the size of the festival. 2022 approx. 6000 visitors for the 3 days of the duration. If I had to pick out all the sub-genres of a genre now, I wouldn't be able to finish! :D My favorite project Skyforest doesn't have a direct style either. Is it now post black metal? is it now blackgaze? I don't care. I have to like the music. The whole this is this and that is too stupid for me, to be honest. At the moment I'm listening to a lot of Deep Purple, Body Count, the 27-year-old The Fat of The Land album by The Prodigy and the IV album by Cypress Hill. UA-cam channels like In the Woods, WherePostRockDwells, Dot Dot Dot or Dungeon Synth are also popular. Please don't be angry, but I'm honestly not in the mood for these discussions. It was enough for me to go to the Area 53 Festival in Styria in 2023 wearing a World Endurance Championship Shirt :D Kind regards Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
Hello. I'm sorry. I don't have a recording for that. The festival was decided on very short notice. Irdorath & Ellende weren't exactly the focus either. 2012 or 2011, there were already controversies about Nargaroth here in Styria about the appearance at the Metal Invasion Festival at that time. Little fact: Deicide were also affected at the time... For once in my life I wanted to see Nargaroth Live. Carach Angren and Benediction were also on my list. Thursday, day 1 of the festival, was also very exhausting. Early shift, getting up at 4 a.m., about 280km for personal reasons. Greetings from Austria and I'm sorry.
One of the best black metal bands actually
