Hi Zainab, I just wanted to share my similar experience with you. 8 months ago, my skin broke out exactly the way yours did rn. And I tried everything I could for like a month thinking it will reduce and I knew that if I went to a dermatologist, they’d put me on accutane and I was so sceptical about this drug and so hesitant to go and get treated. 1 month later, it got worse. I knew that if I didn’t start my treatment it would get worse. It was the scarring that was bothering me more than anything because the scarring was so dark and some even left dents or whatever you can call it, which made me skin so uneven and I was freaking out. I finally went to the dermatologist and started my accutane journey. I’m still on 10mg of accutane everyday. Best decision of my life. I genuinely feel like everyone has their own experiences and everyone react to it differently and alhumdulillah, I did not have any side effects except for a little excess hair fall which was controllable. If you are reading this, start your treatment before it gets worse because then it will take a lot longer to heal. You can do it for how many ever months your dermat suggests and stop. It’s not permanent. The medication will be discontinued once your skin heals and everything will go back to normal. Btw, lot of love from India 😚

zainab... been thr ...acne was just like you. try clove oil on active acne as a spot treatment ... it's natural antibacterial n antifungal,.. apply v little. it does wonders to my skin....acctune ka course b kia mainy for 6 months but again agay thy....do try clove oil as patch test atleast.
Wash your face with chilled boiled or mineral water and clean with new towel from store …. Clean your wet face with mildly touch not too hard… use detoll soap … Hope it helps! Use new makeup brushes or use your hands to do makeup.

Tbh, i did an isotretinoin course, and i havent had ANYYYY SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS. I do not remember any of it except my skin became really dry for that i had yo use a moisturizer routinely. But after the treatment ended my skin is no back to normal like it was before i mean it isnt dry now. And for the acne it never came back. I might have a pop up once in like 3-4 months.
