I loved Calisto. She was a stand in for the player, bursting into laughter every time a character said something batshit or took themselves too seriously. Every time she laughed I was like, "same, girl."
Not that that's not fair, but I was also laughing every five minutes. The game also really read my mind on some of the things that made me crack up (which she then commented on) so that's fun too. Honestly though, I don't think Calisto resonated with a lot of ppl, which is fine.
I always thought her laughing animation looked like there was some unseen force tickling her ribs. I don't know, I guess it's just because of the way she bursts into laughter and holds her belly like someone would when they're being tickled.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but he's actually a dancer, not a security guard. He gets paid to do this kind of stuff (aka dress up as security and then break into a cool dance)
Both Investigations games did really good jobs with their plot twisty reveals. Badd being the third Yatagarasu member, Calisto, the Man Who Masterminds the Game, they're all really well-executed.
when i first placed investigations, calisto yew caught me by surprise, but my god, her inclusion was fantastic. it's a shame we don't see more of her in the following ace attorney series
Calisto should’ve been given a Calipso just for lolz. Also she was such a mood haha and I could hear her laugh after 7 times of seeing the same animation XD Like Sandy’s laugh is the closest I can think of right now
Yew was not an identity thief. Beware SPOILERS BELOW: In Miles Edgeworth: Investigations she was initially part of the Yatagarasu (alongside Detective Tyrell Badd and Prosecutor Byrne Faraday, as discovered at the end of the game). During a flashback case it was discovered she killed Faraday and the defendant in the case and basically ran for the hills. Yew had managed to get to Zheng Fa and change her identity to Shih-Na and got partnered with Shi-Long Lang, managing to pull all the strings for the smuggling ring, which tied all the cases together. This only comes to a head when Edgeworth remembers the laugh that belongs to Shih-Na as previously belonging to Yew. Ergo, Yew did not steal an identity, she merely changed her name and appearance. There is no mention whatsoever that took the identity of another person, either living or alive. QED.
Gotta agree with the other person; She's not really an identity thief. Neither Calisto Yew nor Shih-Na ever actually existed, whereas Bobby Fulbright did. They were just disguises.
Being deduced the moment after being seen, but also being an awesome killer to butt heads against? As a more "vibes", than "mystery" type of fan, I think its a fair trade off She 'silly

I honestly found her kind of annoying bc she laughs like every 5 mins

i fucking hate her
Gotta love that one of the most calculated and mysterious villains in the franchise has such a happy upbeat theme.
I did it.
_I found the video that accurately describes my taste in music._
basically
Calisto Yew was the best villain for a whole number of reasons.
This theme is definitely one of them
I didn't like her, but she really was the sneakiest of all the AA criminals. I don't think it was ever revealed who she really was.
@@YaMexicanBoy the phantom is similar to her in that way but the best villain is definitely "The Mastermind" from AAI2
OBJECTION!
THESES MUCH BETTER ONES
Eg: fucking von karms
The most liked criminal has to be Godot
Ishaan Khurana shut up
Gets me everyone time I watch it, which is now because this is the first time I'm watching it.
Between this, Shi-Long Lang, Detective Badd, the objection theme, the pursuit theme, literally every other song in the game...
Basically anything from investigations is a banger
yeah I just finished it and I love almost every song to death.

Calisto’s reveal might be one of my favorite of the franchise, its definitely up there with Engarde imo

Edgeworth: talks like an educated and normal human being

0:09-0:10 this looks just like a part of Godot’s theme
It also sounds like sundays(it's a song made by dude i don't know of. Not aai or aa btw.)
