From what I saw there was at least three stalls selling tcg singles, and about another 3 or so more that were trading card shops selling boosters (most as boxes, some had packs for sale). The TCG stall I bought my cards from (PikaBlue Game Corner) said I could trade in cards to reduce price of cards. They had a MTG area for people to play.
