My Bucket list drone shot: A powerful sunrise or sunset shot opening with American flags and then a flyover of a Veterans memorial and/or Veterans cemetery with a strong patriotic soundtrack. I thought of it on Memorial Day but didn’t get to pull it off this year.

My bucket list shot would be a hyper lapse of the sun rising over the New Jersey shore breaking through puffy clouds, magenta “canvas sky” in the background while the light is shimmering off of the crashing waves. The drone would be flying north to south or south to north while capturing this activity. Cool

I have been coming across your videos since I got my original Mavic Pro back in 2017. I finally upgraded to the Air 2S and here I am back again! One mistake I made with the MP was I underutilized all of its features....but to be fair the camera and bad low light quality did discourage me.
Anyway I am being intentional about utilizing the Air 2S to its fullest! I am going to Scotland soon and I want to practice all these features you taught me. Some really cool features you taught me here

Cant believe I never used any of these features or knew of them...the only one I knew was how to double tap the function button to reset the camera, but only learnt that a few weeks ago even lol..and I have watched several tutorials but many of the things you mentioned,I never even knew existed..for example those 2 lines on the compass, the only thing I worry about on there are the blue lines, and the red lines which show my flight path and also the home and my directional arrow, did not understand what those two lines were, and its so important actually thanks...just allows me to be able to get a clearer picture of everything thats happening

My bucket list place to capture drone footage is actually the reason I bought my Air 2s. I’m going to Bali at the end of September for our 10yr anniversary and wanted to be able to create lasting memories for the wife and I. I did however have to reassure her that I wouldn’t make capturing drone footage a focus of the trip. 😂 She knows me too well.

My "Bucket List" drone shot today is to take my new DJI Air 2S to La Quinta, Ca. and do some great videos of the small mountain range to the East of La Quinta. They are so close but at my age, I could never hike up them but with my drone I plan to fly them and use captured footage to 'see' what they look like up close and personal. Many other shots in the desert around the area fit that bill also... Dave

Great tips! I had sold my M2P in anticipation for the Mavic 3, but when the specs for the Air2s came out, it took me about 5 minutes to realize it was a perfect fit for my needs. I shoot video and photograph mostly recreational activities (mud bog, paintball, boating) and with the $1800 M2P, I was hesitant to get some closeup action and other fun shots because of possibility of getting trashed by mud, paintball, etc... with the Air2s $1k price, I’m not nearly as nervously getting these shots... I’ve used this thing a ton since I’ve had it and really love it! I am sure the Mavic 3 will be epic, but it will also be quite pricey. Thanks for putting out quality videos, I love your channel!

My “bucket list” drone shot is to get a long exposure shot of a moving car.
To explain in further detail, I want the car to be in focus and the surrounding areas of the car to be blurry.
I am not sure how to do this but I think I would have to:
    1) Travel at the same speed of the car to keep it in the center of the frame throughout the whole long exposure (tracking the car)
    2) Use a very strong ND filter to be able to have a long shutter speed (long exposures require long shutter speeds)
I think Freewell’s ND1000 and ND2000 filter would be a great ND filter to use for my “bucket list” drone shot.

You have a relationship with freewell and I respect that but the polar pro filters area higher quality. I purchased the freewell filters bc they were available first but after using them both today I don’t think I’ll use them again. When filming perpendicular to the sun they flair in a very unpleasant manor and have an odd blue to them that’s even apparent in the log footage. Great video as usual!
