Thakur Shamsher Singh lives a rich life which is funded by his own criminal activities. He has never been arrested as he has high connections with everyone from the judiciary system. When an editor of a leading newspaper tries exposing him, he gets the editor's entire family killed. On finding out that the Superintendent of police, Kundan Singh has been transferred from Delhi to catch him, he intially tried to befriend him, but he realises soon that Kundan cannot be bribed, he hatches a cunning plot that will trap Kundan and his family in an attempt to continue his reign as the king of the underworld.
